• Software/licenses and issues caused by third-party software or viruses

How to start a warranty claim

1. Contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue (photos/diagnostics helpful).
2. We’ll provide troubleshooting and, if needed, an RMA plus a prepaid return label (we cover return shipping).
3. After inspection, we’ll repair, replace, or refund. If a direct replacement isn’t available, we’ll offer an equivalent model or a refund.
