Shipping Destinations
We ship within the United States only.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We primarily ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on the size, value, and destination of the order. Expedited and freight options are available for large or urgent shipments.
Shipping Costs
- Orders under $250 are calculated at $1.50 per pound.
- Free shipping is offered on select items and orders over $250 within the U.S.
- Bulk and freight shipping rates will be quoted separately.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that bulk orders may require longer processing times.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard U.S. shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited U.S. shipping: 1–3 business days
Tracking
All orders include tracking numbers. Tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped.
International Shipping
No international shipping is available at this time.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some oversized items may require freight shipping and special arrangements.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly.
