Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days to the original payment method.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item, excluding shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Warranty Options (at Checkout)
We offer optional warranty coverage on select items, available during checkout:

  • 6-Month Warranty: 20% of the item’s purchase price
    (e.g., for a $100 item, the warranty cost is $20, making the total $120)
  • 1-Year Warranty: 32.5% of the item’s purchase price
    (e.g., for a $100 item, the warranty cost is $32.50, making the total $132.50)

This warranty provides coverage against certain defects or issues as specified in the warranty terms. By purchasing a warranty, you are protected against eligible issues during the warranty period.
