If your item develops a defect within 90 days of delivery, we’ll repair or replace it—or refund you—at our discretion. We also pay for the return shipping. What’s covered
- Hardware defects and failures under normal use within 90 days of delivery
- Refurbished and open-box items (same coverage)
- Replacement parts we provide are covered for the remainder of the original term or 30 days—whichever is longer
What’s not covered?
- Damage from misuse, modification, improper installation, liquid intrusion, electrical events, or missing/altered serial numbers
- Consumables/accessories (cables, batteries, toner, etc.) unless included with and integral to the product’s operation
- Software/licenses and issues caused by third-party software or viruses
- Cosmetic wear that doesn’t affect function
How to start a warranty claim
- Contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue (photos/diagnostics helpful).
- We’ll provide troubleshooting and, if needed, an RMA plus a prepaid return label (we cover return shipping).
- After inspection, we’ll repair, replace, or refund. If a direct replacement isn’t available, we’ll offer an equivalent model or a refund.

- Items must be returned with all included components.
- We may ship advance replacements at our discretion.
- Return shipping is covered by Certified IT Pros for approved warranty claims within the U.S. (international customers receive label credit or reimbursement options).
- This warranty is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable law.
